SHE/HER
Hi! My work as a therapist is so important to me because I know that we all need someone who understands the ups and downs of life. When I’m not in the office, you can find me doing things that make me feel good, like taking a walk with my greyhound, or talking to my own therapist.
I'm just here to provide a light in the dark.

Nina's Story
I know that me being my healthiest and most authentic self will provide the most welcoming environment for you to be open to sharing your story with me. I get excited about hearing each client’s experience and providing an unbiased perspective. For 5 years, I worked exclusively with people who suffer from depression, so I understand how difficult it can be to open up to someone new. We don’t have to dive in right away. This can be at your pace. I always tell my clients “you are the expert on your own life”.
