Meet Jennifer Rowe
LCMHCA, NCC, RYT-500, TCTSY-F
SHE/THEY
I’m a nonbinary and bisexual individual living with ADHD, Autism and chronic illness. After a long journey of seeking safe spaces and finding my community, I’m dedicated to creating that same sense of belonging for others. My experiences with trauma, particularly relational trauma and the fragmentation of self, are common challenges for many neurodivergent individuals.
It’s never too late to be who you were meant to be.” – George Eliot
MY SPECIALTIES
Areas of Expertise
As a therapist and someone who has sat in your seat, I understand the importance of the therapist-client relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up authentically, no matter what that looks like. I want to offer a place where you are heard and empowered as you face challenges and explore the deepest parts of yourself. Relationships, especially the one with yourself, are central to my work, as they are often at the heart of why we seek therapy.

Jennifer's Story
Through nearly a decade of professional dance and movement, I discovered the transformative power of connecting with my body. My own therapy revealed a crucial missing piece: the need to integrate the body into the healing process. This connection has not only restored my relationship with myself but also shaped my worldview, enabling me to support others by offering somatic therapies.
As a spiritually guided mom of a child with ADHD, I fully understand the complexities of navigating the world as a parent and as a parent of a child who is also neurodivergent. I have forged my own unique path and I understand how terrifying it can be to make changes to thrive as an individual and to support a neurodivergent family. Together, we can explore the paths that lead to self-discovery and empowerment. You are not alone; the space and support you seek is out there.
