Affirming ADHD & Autism Assessments
If you’ve ever wondered why the world feels like it wasn’t built for you—why simple tasks seem harder than they should, why social norms feel confusing, or why your brain works at full speed and hits a wall at the same time—you’re not alone.
At Little Seed Counseling, we provide neurodivergent-affirming ADHD and autism assessments for adults. We don’t pathologize the way your brain works. Instead, we help you understand it so you can navigate life with more ease, self-compassion, and the right support.
We offer various options (including self-discovery) as our way of minimizing gatekeeping in the mental health industry.

Choose the assessment that fits your needs.
