LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy
At Little Seed Counseling, we believe therapy should feel like a space where you truly belong. That’s why we specialize in neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, with a focus on inclusivity, community, and authentic connection. Do we work with people outside these communities? Absolutely. But this is our specialty because it matters—to us, and to so many of our clients. And the truth is, neurodivergent-affirming therapy isn’t just helpful for neurodivergent people—it’s good for everyone.
We Don’t Believe in One-Size-Fits-All
Finding the right therapist matters. We take the time to match you with someone who truly understands your brain and your goals—no rushed timelines, no cookie-cutter care. You deserve therapy that meets you where you are and helps you grow, heal, and feel more like yourself again.

How We're Different
In a world that often demands conformity, we stand out by focusing on authenticity. We’re engaging, and compassionate, and we want to empower you with knowledge without being stuffy or overly clinical. Here, you’re not just another client but part of a practice that values who you are.
Our therapists "get it".

We’re here to support you as a neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or BIPOC individual navigating the grief, trauma, and challenges of living in a world that doesn’t always understand or embrace who you are. Your differences aren’t something to be fixed—they’re part of what makes you unique and valuable. Our personalized therapy for ADHD, autism, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, addiction recovery, and more is grounded in compassion and respect for your journey. Using approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, we offer a safe, affirming space where you can heal, grow, and thrive—fully supported and on your own terms.

Group Therapy Options
At Little Seed Counseling, we offer individual and group therapy options designed to support neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD. Our ADHD therapy groups provide a welcoming space to explore executive functioning, emotional regulation, and the unique experience of being late-diagnosed. If you’re looking for ADHD support in Greensboro, our groups help you build community, gain practical tools, and feel seen in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

Meet the Owner
Hi! I'm Jena Plummer and I am really glad you're here. Little Seed is more than a counseling practice; it’s a community. I came up with the idea for Little Seed as an act of radical authenticity—to embrace my strengths, honor my neurodivergent brain, and bloom into who I truly am.
As I step into more of a teaching and mentoring role here, my vision is to create an affirming space where counselors can learn, grow, and develop into incredible clinicians. I’m proud to have built an amazing team that shares this commitment, and together, we’re nurturing a supportive environment for both our clients and the next generation of compassionate, skilled therapists.
