Counseling for Adults Who Don't Fit The Mold
You’ve spent your whole life trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for you. Maybe you’ve always felt a little different, or maybe life just isn’t working the way it’s “supposed to.” Either way, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
At Little Seed Counseling, we provide affirming therapy for adults in Greensboro, NC, and online for North Carolina residents.
Whether you're neurodivergent, recovering from trauma, or just looking for a space where you don’t have to pretend, we’re here to help.
WHAT WE DO
Neurodiversity Affirming & LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy in Greensboro
At Little Seed Counseling, we believe therapy should feel like a space where you truly belong. That’s why we specialize in neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, with a deeper focus on inclusivity, community, and authentic connection. Do we work with people who are not in these communities? Of course! But we choose to specialize in this area because it really matters to us and we hope it matters to you, too. Neurodivergent affirming therapy isn't just good for neurodivergent people, it's good for everybody!
Our therapists use trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to support your unique way of processing the world. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, or identity exploration, we tailor every session to honor your experiences.
The right fit matters. We take the time to pair you with a therapist who genuinely understands your brain—no forced timelines, no one-size-fits-all therapy. Here, you’ll find support that meets you where you are, creating space for growth, self-discovery, and healing on your terms.

How We're Different
In a world that often demands conformity, we stand out by focusing on authenticity. We’re engaging, and compassionate, and we want to empower you with knowledge without being stuffy or overly clinical. Here, you’re not just another client but part of a practice that values who you are.
Our therapists "get it".

Meet the Owner
Hi! I'm Jena Plummer and I am really glad you're here. Little Seed is more than a counseling practice; it’s a community. I came up with the idea for Little Seed as an act of radical authenticity—to embrace my strengths, honor my neurodivergent brain, and bloom into who I truly am.
As I step into more of a teaching and mentoring role here, my vision is to create an affirming space where counselors can learn, grow, and develop into incredible clinicians. I’m proud to have built an amazing team that shares this commitment, and together, we’re nurturing a supportive environment for both our clients and the next generation of compassionate, skilled therapists.
